About this part

GPD builds this kit around a new FS10 compressor with an eight groove pulley, part 6511461. Also in the box are accumulator drier 1411655, front expansion valve 3411247 and O-ring seal kit 1321255. Replacing the compressor alone often leads to a repeat failure, because the old drier and valve hold moisture and debris. GPD says the kit is direct fit, application specific and designed to meet or exceed OE fit, form and function, with durability testing on every new design.

Fitment notes

Rows list the 2000 Ford F250 Super Duty with the 5.4L V8, and the 2004 F250 and F350 Super Duty with the 6.0L V8. The kit includes a front expansion valve only, so check whether your truck has rear AC. Confirm your engine and options in the fitment table or send your VIN.

Installation notes
