About this part

This kit lets you renew brakes at all four wheels. It includes two front rotors, two rear rotors, front and rear ceramic pads, a 12 oz bottle of brake fluid and a 10 oz can of brake cleaner. Detroit Axle says its rotors are built to exceed OEM specifications, are tested for impact, wear and fatigue, and are made in an ISO9002 certified facility.

Fitment notes

10PR1900453 is listed for the 2013-2016 Ford Escape, including S, S Plus and Titanium FWD versions in the table. The note limits it to the 1.6L with FWD or the 2.5L engine, so the 2.0L and 1.6L AWD are not covered. Check the fitment table or send your VIN.

Installation notes

Support the vehicle on jack stands and work one axle at a time. Clean new rotors with the included cleaner before fitting. Lubricate caliper slides, check the parking brake, and bleed the brakes with the supplied fluid if the system is opened.
