About this part

This link uses two ball joints and a shaft to connect the front sway bar to the suspension. It is pre-greased and greaseable, with grease fittings included so you can service it later. The finish is corrosion resistant. Mevotech supplies a part-specific nylon locking nut to speed up installation, and hardware is in the kit. Replace a link that clunks over bumps or has a torn boot.

Fitment notes

The table lists MK80461 for the 2005 and 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, front suspension, left side. The opposite side is a different part. Check the side before buying. The fitment data may be incomplete, so confirm your Equinox in the table or send us your VIN.

Installation notes

Use jack stands and keep the suspension at ride height when tightening the nuts. Hold the stud with a hex key while turning the nut. Install the grease fittings and add grease after torquing.
