About this part
The CO 10902C is an HS18 style compressor from UAC, the same compressor family the factory used on these diesel Rams. It is a complete assembly, so it replaces a unit that is seized, noisy or leaking at the shaft seal. The compressor pumps refrigerant through the system and builds the pressure that lets the condenser and evaporator cool the cab. When a compressor fails internally, it often sends debris through the rest of the AC system, which is why related parts deserve attention.
Fitment notes
Rows list the 2006-2007 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 5.9L six cylinder diesel, the 2008 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 6.7L diesel, and the 2009 Ram 2500 SLT with the 6.7L diesel. All are turbocharged Cummins engines. Gas engine trucks are not in the rows. Confirm your engine and trim in the fitment table, or send your VIN.
