The Mack part we list
The only Mack listing is a turn signal switch from Dorman that fits the CH, a Class 8 conventional tractor. The fitment table shows the 2001 model year. A turn signal switch is mounted on the steering column and controls the indicators, and on many trucks it also handles other functions. Check what yours controls before ordering.
Confirming fit on a Mack CH
Mack trucks are built to order, so column switches and wiring can differ between trucks of the same model and year. The part number on your old switch is the best reference. Compare it with the listing, check the connector shape, and confirm the year range in the fitment table. Your VIN and build records settle any doubt.
Replacing a turn signal switch
Disconnect the battery before working on the steering column wiring. Note how the old switch and any covers come off, and check the connector for corrosion before plugging in the new one. After fitting, test every function the switch controls, including left and right signals and hazards, before the truck goes back on the road.
