About this part

This is a mechanical fuel pump, which is driven by the engine rather than sitting in the tank like an electric pump. AC Delco sells it new for GM vehicles. The catalog note lists three emission codes: Tier 3 federal (NTB), ULEV70 California (NUB) and SULEV30 California (NUG). A weak pump can cause hard starts, stalling and low fuel pressure codes.

Fitment notes

The fitment table shows the 2020 Chevrolet Impala LT with the 3.6L V6 LFX, engine code VIN 3. It covers the Tier 3 federal, ULEV70 and SULEV30 California emissions systems. Check the RPO codes on your glove box label against NTB, NUB or NUG. The table may not be complete, so confirm your Impala there or send us your VIN.
