About this part

This complete assembly replaces the whole driver side front strut unit, including the spring and the mount. A full assembly fixes a sagging spring, worn mount bearing and tired strut in one step. Monroe says it is assembled in the USA and calls it a recommended OE application-specific replacement. It supersedes Monroe 182210, and the listing references parts packs P01572 and P01573.

Installation notes

No spring compressor is needed. Use jack stands, and loosen the axle nut or sway bar link if the procedure calls for it. Fit both sides together, torque all bolts and get an alignment.
