The Rancho RS999786 is a nitrogen gas charged RS9000XL strut assembly. Rancho says it works like 9 shocks in 1, letting you set the damping for different conditions. It measures 22.510 inches extended and 18.840 inches collapsed, with a 3.670 inch stroke, and has a liquid metallic finish. Because it is gas charged, the rod extends on its own. Rancho lists a 2.75 inch body and 18mm rod on select applications.

Fitment notes

Listed for the 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LS with the 5.3L V8, set up with a 4 inch lift using Rancho system RS6582 or RS6582B. It is not for Z55 electronic suspension or Z95 Magnetic Ride Control. A stock height Tahoe is not the target here. Check the table or send your VIN.

Installation notes
