About this part

The 2T-114LS replaces the factory turbo on later Duramax 6.6L Silverado 2500 HD pickups. A1 Cardone strips every core, cleans it, and replaces all of the bearings and seals. Shafts, wheels and bores are checked against tight go/no-go limits before the unit is rebuilt. Construction is steel and aluminum. The kit includes gaskets, washers, O-rings, an instruction sheet and a syringe for pre-lubing the center section. It is sold without a vane position sensor and without mounting hardware, so plan to transfer or source those.

Installation notes

Change the engine oil and filter at the same time; A1 Cardone states the warranty is void otherwise. Fill the center section with the pre-lube syringe before cranking. Clean or replace the intercooler pipes if the old turbo shed oil or debris.
