About this part

On the Sierra HD the tailgate handle carries a lot of use, and the plastic body or its pivot often cracks. Once it fails, the latch rods are not pulled and the gate stays closed. This Action Crash replacement has a textured black finish to suit the original look and is graded premium by the catalog, a high quality new part.

Fitment notes

The catalog lists GM1915105 for the 2001-2006 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. C3 models are excluded by the note. Trucks with a body color handle or a lock may differ, so compare with your existing part. Confirm your truck in the fitment table above or send us your VIN.
