About this part

This Edelmann pressure line carries high pressure fluid from the power steering pump to the steering gear. It measures 37.3125 inches and has a 16mm male O-ring fitting at one end and an 18mm male O-ring fitting at the other. A leaking or swollen pressure hose causes fluid loss, a whining pump and heavier steering. It is sold new as a complete line assembly.

Installation notes

Place a pan under the work area and cap open fittings to keep dirt out. Use new O-rings, tighten the fittings to spec, then refill and bleed the system by turning the wheel lock to lock with the engine running.
