About this part

When the factory air springs on a Town Car leak, the rear sags and the compressor runs constantly. This Monroe kit replaces the rear air setup with conventional coil springs, ending air leaks at the back for good. Monroe says the kit restores factory ride height and gives a stable, comfortable ride. It converts only the rear suspension, and the Service Air Suspension indicator may keep displaying after installation.

Fitment notes

The catalog lists 90003 for the 2000 Lincoln Town Car sedan. The note says it is not for the commercial chassis, so limousine and livery cars are excluded. It converts the rear air suspension only. One kit covers the vehicle. Check your version in the fitment table above, or send us your VIN.

Installation notes

Support the car on jack stands under the frame and turn off the air suspension switch before you start. Release air from the springs before removal. Inspect the rear shocks at the same time. Expect the warning message may remain after conversion.
