About this part
Breather hoses carry crankcase vapors back into the intake so they are burned instead of vented. On the 2.2L Camry the hose runs to the intake ducting, and once it cracks it can leak oil mist or let in unmetered air. That may show up as an oily film near the intake, a rough idle or a lean code. This MTC hose is a new direct replacement.

Installation notes
Squeeze or slide the clamps back and twist the hose off its fittings rather than pulling hard on brittle plastic nipples. Check the PCV valve and the intake boot at the same time. Route the new hose without kinks.
