Parts for your Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD
Buy Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD tail lights online for 2003-2019 trucks. This page lists 15 tail light assemblies and sets from $42.19 to $236.97, by Action Crash, Anzo, TYC, Eagle Eyes, Dorman and DIY Solutions. Most are sold as a driver or passenger side lamp, and many are marked for Fleetside beds only, so check those notes first.

The 2003-2006 trucks use the GMT800 body, the 2007-2014 trucks the GMT900 and the 2015-2019 trucks the K2XX, and each has its own tail lamp design. Engine and drivetrain rarely matter, but the bed and rear setup do.
Many listings here are for Fleetside models only. Some exclude 3500 dually trucks, and some exclude 2011-2012 2500 and 3500 dually models. Chassis cab trucks can use different lamps altogether. Factory LED and incandescent lamps are not interchangeable, and some 2010 trucks have dual reverse bulb sockets that certain lamps do not fit. Compare the sockets, connector and housing shape with your old lamp.
Work trucks take hits. Cracked lenses from cargo, trailer contact or a collision are the top reason, followed by water inside the housing that corrodes the sockets and leads to dim or intermittent lights. Broken mounting tabs from a rough removal also leave the lamp loose.
A dead brake, turn, running or reverse light, or a fast-flashing signal, can be a bulb, socket, fuse or wiring problem rather than the housing. Check those first. If your truck has factory LED lamps, an LED failure means you need the matching LED replacement.
Most assemblies are one side only. If both sides are damaged or you want matching lenses, Anzo, DIY Solutions and Brock list sets. Some lamps come without bulbs or harness, so read what is included.
If your new housing is bare, move the original bulbs and sockets over only if they are clean and undamaged. Turn-type sockets usually come out by turning counterclockwise. Inspect the connector and seals while the lamp is out, then test the running, brake, turn, hazard and reverse lights before you tighten the last fastener.

Many do not. Several listings here are for Fleetside pickups and exclude 3500 dually models, and some exclude 2011-2012 2500 and 3500 duallys. Read the notes in the fitment table before ordering.
Not directly. Factory LED and incandescent lamps are cataloged as separate parts and are not automatically interchangeable. Match the type your truck has, using your VIN or the old lamp.
No. The 2014 truck uses the GMT900 body and the 2015 truck uses the K2XX body, with a different tail lamp design and mounting. Select your year in the filter to see the right lamps.
